July 2023 – Present
At Novartis, I led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, guiding teams through the adoption of AI-driven platforms that modernized decision-making and operating models. Serving as an executive product leader, I aligned global stakeholders, partners, and teams around a shared vision, replacing manual workflows with intelligent, automated systems that scaled insight and execution.
These initiatives drove more than 10x growth in active adoption, reshaping how teams collaborate, interpret data, and act with confidence. By pairing agentic AI with human-centered leadership, I focused on building trust, accelerating change, and delivering measurable business impact across the enterprise.
April 2022 – May 2023
As a strategic consultant, I led integrated marketing and CX initiatives across multiple business lines, including Recruitment and CDMO. Working with C-Suite leaders, I unified data, analytics, and storytelling to strengthen brand presence and drive measurable growth.
Through digital transformation, I helped align marketing, sales, and analytics, creating a cohesive ecosystem for lead generation, performance tracking, and customer engagement that delivered consistent ROI.
March 2018 – April 2022
I joined Unosquare after working with their outsourced team to build the Customer Insight System for the Medicines Company. I worked directly with the CEO to commercialize and expand the company's Business Development and Marketing services. Over four years, I built the strategy that maintained $20M book of business delivered a 13% close rate for inbound deals.
I built and led international teams focused on client success, digital strategy, and operational excellence, supporting Unosquare's excellent reputation as a trusted nearshore technology partner.
June 2015 – March 2018
I transitioned from a successful sales career into analytics, supporting the design and delivery of the Customer Information System (CIS), a bespoke CRM project for 300 users managing over $1B in enterprise revenue. The system unified data, improved decision-making, and redefined how sales and analytics teams collaborated across up to 7 marketing pharmaceutical products.
Earlier at the company, I earned President's Club and Sales MVP honors for sales performance and leadership, and my analytics work supporting medical and commercial teams helped redefine the connection between data and field strategy.
Before moving into analytics and digital transformation, I built a strong foundation in pharmaceutical and medical device sales, training, and leadership with companies including Novartis, Sanofi, and The Medicines Company, while also partnering with organizations such as Boston Scientific and AstraZeneca.
During the latter part of my sales career, I began leading cross-functional projects that connected commercial strategy with emerging digital and analytical capabilities. This experience inspired me to expand my project leadership skills, earning my PMP certification and a Master's Certificate in Advanced Strategic Project Management from Villanova University.
These milestones marked a natural evolution into analytics and digital transformation, where I now leverage that commercial foundation to guide global teams, drive innovation, and deliver measurable business impact.
